Nice color. Nose is super funky. Hints of cheese and hay mixed with unripened strawberry, lemon zest and cream. Very aromatic. Beer opens with a crazy strawberry bang. Like I'm drinking tart strawberry jam. Lemon appears in the middle and finishes off with a bright, zesty pucker. More fresh lemon and strawberry seediness at the finish. Delicious. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down puckering and tart with a lingering finish. Easy drinking.
I don't remember the last time I've encountered a more strawberry-y sour. Definitely unique.

On tap. Whit head. Lightly hazed golden color.
Tons of strawberries up front. Then the lemon kicks in. Citrusy with a little acidity. Tart. Reminds me of sour patch kids.
