750ml crowler into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Nose is pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, and a touch of mango. Fresh, juicy and aromatic. Beer opens grapefruit, kiwi, starfruit, and pineapple. Fresh with a juicy zing. I get more kiwi and starfruit in the middle with a slight waxy bitterness. Grapefruit rind and grass towards the end with a slightly soapy finish. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and goes down soft with a long, lingering, dry aftertaste. Really drinkable.
Pretty good. It's nice to get a NE style IPA that has kiwi and almost a zesty flavor profile vs. the mango and orange juice that tends to be the norm.

Crowler. White head with lace. Hazy golden sunset.
This isn’t up to the BT qualities I expect. For the price being way above BS, I expect more. Somewhat tropical, somewhat hoppy. Some bitterness in the finish. Kind of mediocre.
