Crowler into 16oz cups...
L: Pours a thick pulpy apricot with minimal head. Edge foam retention. No real lacing.
S: Grapefruit, mango, apricot, esters.
T: Mango, apricot, stone fruit, orange, red apple peel, earthy, no malt profile, a hint of alcohol midway thru, lightly sweet and tart. Later some light pecan/nuts.
F: Medium heavy to heavy mouthfeel that is very juicy, and chunky with a medium fast dry finish that is non-resinous. Not too tacky or sticky through it's sweetness. The DDH factor is non-parching.
O: Ripe fruits are driving this beer. It's not overly sweet or floral. Wet and deep hop sensations are abound then just nicely fade away. The 10%ABV is quite faint with minimal malt. It is a large beer with delicate ingredients to detect. Very nice!
