Bottled in June 2021, opened 12/16/21. 750ml bottle. "Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, aged 20 months in bourbon barrels with Pecan, Vanilla, Coconut, Chocolate, and Cinnamon."
Pours dark brown/near black with slight short-lasting brown head, no lacing. Modest aroma of mix of flavors - none dominant. Well-blended flavors as intended, more cinnamon, less pecan and barrel. Very tasty and mellow. Rich mouthfeel, slightly oily, low carbonation.
Very pleased...few tweaks could make this fantastic.

Bottle. Tan head. Black color.
Cinnamon and pecan show a lot. Sweet. Lots of coconut and vanilla. Very pastry like but not overly thick. However, all the adjunct cover up the barrel a lot. Very little bourbon shoes because of the sweetness.
