16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom stamp is 'CANNED ON: 12/10/25 12:47:03 RUDE', about three weeks in the can.
Hazy, straw colored body. One thick finger of white colored head with the pour, and this retreats to an interrupted cap and high ring. Leaves behind shortened horizontal bands of lacing.
Aroma of orange, pineapple, sweet pine, with a bit of onion, that expresses but does not burst. Improves as it warms.
Taste is fuller and more expressive than the nose. Flavors of orange, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, peach, muskmelon, and some onion. Grassy, with a sweet pine flavor. Hidden in there is something akin to sweet caramel. Aftertaste goes more earthy and grassy.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft texture that coats the mouth. Has a gentle grassy and pepper bite. Bitterness is low. Good carbonation.
Really has a lingering tag on the taste buds (fruity and grassy hops, and that singular caramel note).

Overall: Trying more of these IPAs from Barrel Theory. I found this one quite excellent. Straight Citra NEIPA. Great and bright flavors that pop. Not too heavy or sweet. Sort of Toppling Goliath-esque. Impressive. (Rating: 4.09+)
