Crowler filled 7/8/22 into 16oz glasses.
L: Pours med dark orange gold w/a 1/2" eggshell white head w/decent retention down to a skin and thick edge foam, no visible carbonation, sticky banding & light lacing.
S: Earthy, colby or mild cheddar cheese.
T: Grapefruit, citrus pith, citrus rind, melon, melon rind. Sweet to lightly sour with not too extreme of a swing.
F: Smooth semi-thick heavy bodied mouthfeel with a light zing that is slightly drying. It is lightly chalky.
O: A wet and heavy DIPA with no trace of alcohol. It has a bold taste with ample grapefruit. It's aroma is slightly off-putting to me otherwise it is very good in it's style.

Hazy golden sunset. White head with lace. Juicy, tropical, and hoppy. Floral hops. Soft with a little bitterness in the finish. Mango, melon, pineapple, honeydew.
