Canned 5/14/24 (3 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) light and pale orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong of orange citrus, orange flower, bright orange mango. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange citrus, orange flower, tropical orange mango. Dry, zesty, clean finish. (4.25)
Feel: Lighter bodied, strong carbontion. Zesty, juicy and clean. (4.25)
Compared to Toppling Goliath DDH King Sue 8/24: Pours lighter, stronger head. Brighter aromas. More orange zest, flower. Less hot orange and canteloupe and stonefruit. Cleaner and zestier. Winner: Barrel Theory
Overall: Barrel Theory who is proving their worth making some great haze recently. This was a kind trade from @cheeseheadinMinneapolis at the Sheboygan event. All Citra and Citra T-90, Cryo. This has some fantastic orange and zesty flavors. Incredibly clean as well. I thought this was incredible.

A - Pours out an opaque pale orange, just a bit of translucence on the edge, white head that fades quickly to a wispy cap, with tiny bubble lacing.
S - At the pour, there is a huge peach and stone fruit hit, but this fades over time, leaving a strong orange citrus and a bit of piney resin.
T - Superb open that delivers the peach and stone fruit and lovely citrus of the nose, and pithy bitterness in the finish. Delicious.
M - Brisk carbonation, moderate weight, and a dry, acidic finish that scrubs the juiciness away.
O - An extraordinarily double dry hop experience, both tasty and highly drinkable. Superb.

Crowler can filled Nov 8, 2022 into a pint glass.
L: Pours thick creamed corn yellow w/ a whitish hue, a thin white head, no visible carbo, random skeletal lacing.
S: American "Kraft" cheese slices or perhaps Velveeta cheese, creamed corn, bread dough, wheat, a suggestion of hamburger grease.
T: Industrial cheese dankness, wheat, a suggestion of citrus rind, fairly rich and a little bit sweet, residual dankness (not herbal), lightly doughy. Taste is good.
F: Heavy, kind of greasy feel w/ a smooth middle w/a med-length finish and a mild aftertaste.
O: A heavy DDH Hazy IPA all around. It has a "fast food" aroma and a funky fruit cobbler taste but less sweet. It is very much like the beer "Royale w Cheese" from Junkyard Brewing. It has a a weird dankness. It is good in its style.

Pours a hazy straw color with nice head and lacing. Smell is juicy sweet and hoppy. Taste very fruity and tropical with citrus, papaya, mango and pineapple. .Mouth feel sweet moreso than dry tropoical and juicy finish.
