Crowler can into 8oz cups.
L: Pours deep yellow hazy gold w/a 1/4" semi-firm white head, decent retention, minimal carbonation, sticky random lacing.
S: Pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, quite fruity, light berries.
T: Follows nose w/light citrus rind subtle yeast. Fruit flavors are robust and tight. Beautifully balanced yet hop forward. No taste of alcohol.
F: Firm then a little bit juicy with a moderately soft, almost milky medium bodied to med-heavy bodied mouthfeel with semi-fast & flavorful lightly drying finish. This combo of hops is fantastically displayed against it's maltings.
O: This one of the best tasting Hazy IPAs that I've had thus far in our ever expanding world of American Hazy IPAs. It is outstanding in it's style. Well done Barrel Theory!
