16 oz can canned 11/9/23 into a nonic pint glass.
L: SRM 2 Pours medium-light gold caramel color with a thin eggshell white head, steady carbo bubbles, head recedes to a thin skin & edge foam, random lacing with loose sheeting.
S: Lightly dank vinous hop notes, gently fruity and fruits become more prominent with warming, light & airy funky barnyard notes, background honey.
T: Citrus, melon rind, tart fruits and tartness is commanding and lightly metallic, resin, lemon zest, tastes are refreshing. There's a hint of wheat and a suggestion of honey. No trace of alcohol.
F: Very lightly brisk then is quickly smooth with a medium-weight body and a bright & long drying finish and linger.
O: Tastes in this beer cling and have staying power. It mellows with warming. Hop forward and is delicious with a fairly dry finish. Saison drinkers might enjoy this. I certainly have. It is excellent in its style.
