Canned 3/8/24 (2 weeks ago)
Appearance: Pours a nearly completely hazy (10% clarity) light golden/yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, dank herbs, tropical berries. Dank, herbs linger. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, dank, herbs, tropical berries, and melon. Some dank herbs and pine linger off the end with a moderate bitterness. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, finishes, herbal and slightly bitter. (4.00)
Compared to Barrel Theory Early Access 3/2024: Pours nearly identical, milder head. Less lemon, passionfruit, pineapple juice. Less dank herbal notes. JMore bitter and less juicy.
Overall: The Columbus hop really shines here. It's dank, herbal, and moderately bitter. Not really fluffy. Not sure why they were putting Columbus in it as usually that a bittering West-Coast hop. Nevertheless it's hazy, but drinks more similar to a WC or northwest IPA. (Rating: 3.89)
