16 oz can canned 05/03/24 Mr. Blonde into a Becker.
L: SRM 4 Pours hazy dull yellowish orange with steady fine carbonation, a 1/4" domed eggshell white head that has VG retention, sediment and chunks, medium torn curtain lacing with vague banding.
S: Citrus, pineapple, a hint of candied caramel malts, generally fruity.
T: A blend of citrus fruits, melon, zest & rind, pine resin, berries, pineapple, wheat, floral, has a light herbal note, a hint of pastry dough, a touch of yeast. It is moderately full-flavored and fruit tastes are gently tart & sharp.
F: Lightly juicy medium-bodied semi-soft feel with a slightly robust middle and a long moderately drying smooth finish that lingers. The final few drinks were lightly chalky due to sediment.
O: A fruity hop forward passionate tasting beer. It has a lovely and tasty blend of fruit flavors that are expertly balanced. Delicate and easy to drink for its ABV. It is outstanding in its style.
