A - Pours a milky, pale orange body, mostly opaque, with a short head that fades to a thin cap, lots and lots of lacing.
S - Strong nose of pine and citrus, pungent grapefruit zest and flesh notes, with an earthy pepper note, and a bit of grassiness that trails out.
T - Follows the nose, with grapefruit citrus out front, a moderate orange juice aspect through the middle, and pith and acidic sharpness in the finish.
M - Decent carbonation and prickliness, moderate weight, and a dry lingering finish.
O - This is definitely a NEIPA, but delivers some sharp hop notes of a WC IPA, making this something quite interesting. Really enjoyed it, and my Barrel Theory love continues.
