A - Pours out electric orange, subtle red highlights, opaque, with a minimal head, fading quickly to nothing. No lacing.
S - Nose of fruit, mostly orange, with subtle alcohol notes, a champagne thread that invokes the theme.
T - Pungent splash of orange juice, tangerine and zest, a wine note through the middle, and a tart tropicality in the finish.
M - Powerful carbonation, somewhat light weight, a bit of stickiness, and a scrubbing acidity in the close.
O - Solid juicy sour, delicious and pretty satisfying. While it is not the beer I want every day, it is a beer I'd happy drink with brunch. Lovely.
