Canned 11/5/2025:
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy color with a strong white head. SRM of 7-8. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, passionfruit, grapefruit, bright, dank, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and pineapple.
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, Lyme, bright, lemon, and pineapple. Some tropical, green melon and pine linger underneath.
Feel: Medium to lighter body, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, zesty, somewhat dank, and rather clean.
Compared to BlackStack Honeymoon Phase 11/25: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More phenolic citrus, pineapple, lime. Less pink grapefruit, orange citrus. Similar pine. Similar.
Compared to Phase Three All Pixel Everything 11/25: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More pineapple, passionfruit. Less tropical berries and lime. Zestier.
to Barrel Theory TDH Rain Drops 12/25: Pours darker, similar head. Stronger aromas. Less tropical berries. More passionfruit, lemon/lime zest. Sweeter.
Overall: Barrel Theory with a fresh release Veil Breaker. Two weeks fresh. Beautiful pour. Phenolic on the nose. Bright lemon, grapefruit upfront. Some dank pine and pineapple in the middle. Then some tropical lime and green melon underneath. Some great NZ flavors. Still a bit too phenolic at two weeks. Should settle into some great flavors over the next month. (Rating: 4.02, but may improve)
