16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom date stamp is '11/19/2025 10:20:29 FULL MOON', about six days in the can. Brewed in collaboration w/ EGGERS HOPS Moutere Valley, NZ.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. One finger of dense, white head, and this only slightly recedes to a thick cap. Leaves behind thick lacing webs on the non-drinking side of the glass. Foam cap follows the body down to the bottom of the glass.
Aroma is hop driven with ripe fruit smells of mango, pineapple, green melon, orange, and papaya. Contributions of onion, mint, and dank. Very fragrant.
Taste is a match to the nose, with ripe fruit flavors of mango, pineapple, orange, lemon, green melon, and papaya. Green vegetal bitterness adds a bit, but mostly fruity sweet. The aftertaste stays "green" with hops.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft and creamy texture. Slight green bite on the tongue. Excellent carbonation.
Chewy, fruity, and dank brew that has vibrant nose and flavor expressions. These will likely evolve a bit with more time in the can.
