Supposedly this is an amber hefe. On tap khaki head. Lace. Dark copper brown color.
Roasted and smoked malts, odd. Bananas, yeast, cloves, spices. This is not very enjoyable. This tastes more like a rauchbier.

L-Amber/Brown color...big frothy tan head
S-Spicy..cloves...banana..hint of cocoa. A bit musty but not in a bad way..
T-Spicy cloves, nutmeg, banana....again a touch of cocoa
F-Unfiltered. Rough around the edges as it should be. Medium to light medium in body.
O-Interesting Hefe in that very few around here are brewed to this style. I like it. Nice change up from the banana/bubble gum flavored lighter colored hefes I usually drink.
