Very robust beer for low abv. My new fave when I want a less boozy happy hour.

Thanks to mbgreg for sending this lovely Pilsner in NBS BIF #15.
Canned 02/24/2022.
Golden straw in hue. Just shy of clear. Bountiful white fluff breaches the rim of my Becher, 2+ fingers in height, before settling to a solid 1/2 inch cap. Continuous flow of bubbles predicts a lively beer.
Nose is a straight up blend of smooth cracker and malt coupled with a elegant touch of herbal spice, dollop of citrus, and pepper.
Flavor follows the nose but really does move the aforementioned notes into a cohesive unit. Finishes lithely. A dash of sweet, a pinch of citrus and herbal pepper, with a slightly drying bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is light, active, and smoothly dry.
Overall, a solid take on style.
