‘‘Tis the season for a saison. A collab brew here let’s see how she holds up.
Poured into a tulip offers mellow opaque gold with thin collar. Not much body here. Nose is underwhelming - no real hint of lavender or ginger. Wondering if my batch was old as taste is also simple. It is refreshing but just not as complex as market’s other lineup and hey I am biased to their complex ones! Listen if you don’t want complex you will enjoy this simple saison regardless of the season.
