Smell comes out after warming to 10C oddly.
Not much of a saison imo. Pretty good regardless.

A:
Pours a slightly hazy gold with a few fingers of soapy beige head. Good retention; little lacing. (4.25)
S:
Practically nothing. Hop water rung from an old rag, herbal stickiness. (2.75)
T:
Doughy, some light tart hints, pepper, light astringency. (3)
M:
Bubbly, almost chalky body with active carbonation and not much of a finish but a touch of astringency. (2.75)
O:
Just not good.
It looks like it should, but the rest is very hollow-seeming to me. Little to no aroma (some medicinal smell but definitely nothing to back up calling it hoppy). The flavor is similar. That peppery dough flavor that some saisons have too much of. As it warms it improves ever-so-slightly but not enough. Nothing to make it pop and pretty one-dimensional. (2)
