Medium: Canned, tulip glass.
Opacity: Bright with a slight veil.
Color: Golden with lots of activity.
Head: Foamy 2-3 beige finger.
Legs: Not much but decent swirl reaction.
Smell: Floral/Caramel/Acidic.
Taste: Sour Candies/Straw/Wild yeast.
Feel: Real funky and resinous.
Body: Medium to full, good smoothness.
Carbonation: Extra fluffy and crispy.
Overall: Can't say it's not a very good quality hopped sour saison, lives by the name for sure.
Visual 6/10 - Flavors 6/10 - Sensations 7/10 - Balance 4/10 -
Freshness 3/10 - Intensity 7/10 - Complexity 7/10 - Appreciation 7/10

On tap at Pub BreWskey in Bonsecours Market. Sour saison but not too over the top. Enjoyed the first half, probably didn't need a whole pint.
