Pours a hazy, pale yellow with initially a one finger head which disappears quickly, leaving no trace. Aroma is pomegranate. Taste is lightly sour with strong notes of pomegranate. Beyond this profile for pomegranate, there is little here in complexity. It starts well carbonated but loses nearly all of it in just a moment. Still, it is a sour.

Pours out of the can a slightly hazy light pinkish orange with a finger of head that dissipates within a minute. Smells like pomegranate and maybe cranberries? Tastes like pomegranate, punchy and sour that lingers for seconds. Really a nice crisp brew with a ton going for it.

Had on-tap at Copper State Brewing in Green Bay, WI
Appearance - Served up in an imperial pint glass, clear and bright orange with a slight pinkish hue. Thin, broken layer of suds cover the surface. Fair lacing, with some broken lines and small spotting.
Smell - Pomegranate fruitiness with a touch of wheat.
Taste - Follows the nose. Sweet fruitiness upfront, then quickly turns to a tart pomegranate character. Mild wheat undertone throughout. Aftertaste lingers with tartness on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with tingly, bitey carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before crisp finish.
Overall - Pomegranate is one of my favorite fruits, so no surprise I'm digging this berliner weisse.
