Pours dark copper colored liquid with a light ring of foam at the top. Aroma is bourbon, maple and malt. I am reminded of a few red ales out there. Taste is light, with wood elements front and center, with maple and bourbon in equal portions. This is a pleasant ale, not too sweet and easily approachable.
