12 oz can canned 1/31/24 into a Becker glass.
L: SRM 2 Pours lightly straw pale radiant lemon pulp yellow with a thin soapy white head that goes quickly to edge froth, light carbonation bubbles, light random lacing, edge foam thins.
S: Very light malts, distant grains, a hint of fruit, background honey.
T: A hint of corn bread, subtle sweetness, lightly floral, a touch of yeast, distant citrus zest which creates a twang, a small suggestion of honey, a bready note resurfaces, not much aftertaste.
F: Crisp, medium-bodied feel with a fast and lightly drying finish.
O: Nice and bready and there is a very good corn flavor tucked away within the overall taste. It is delicious and very easy to drink. Floral, simple and tasty. It is excellent in its style.

Platinum with steady white froth; corn + Saltine nose; clean grain, tin, slight grass; light, crisp clean.

Possibly the cleanest beer I’ve ever tasted - the grain is so light, the fermentation so invisible, and the body so snappy, it drinks almost like seltzer. To do this in a nowhere-to-hide lager is a quiet technical flex. And for the haze bois, yes you can still taste the hops.
Masterful - can’t imagine what else you’d want out of a summer quencher.

Can purchased from Westmere Beverage in Westmere, NY.
This one pours a hazy light yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like sweet and earthy corn, light maltiness, and a bit of floral hops.
This has a really wonderfully crisp character, with a light sweetness, and a soft floral hop character. It's obviously nothing crazy, but it's very well done.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and nicely soft in the middle. It's very drinkable.
I really need to finally actually visit West Kill, as I've enjoyed pretty much all of their beers.

If you're gonna use an adjunct love it like any other ingredient, and it might as well be a indigenous adjunct. Not as sweet as the corn you might eat off the cob, I can actually gather the terroir from this earthy, heritage corn. There's a light nutty sweetness...acorn or chestnut vibe. Pronounced grain flavor more akin to hominy or a buckwheat provides good juxtaposition of an apple like fruit sweetness. Light gold, med-yellow pour. Decent carbonation, med body that's actually a little heavy for the ABV.

A: The beer is a bit hazy light yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass and a small patch of bubbles on the surface in the center.
S: Light aromas of corn adjuncts are present in the nose along with notes of pale malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of corn and slight bits of associated sweetness along with bits of pale malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and doesn't taste too adjuncty compared to other beers in the style.
