On tap at The Phoenicia Diner in Phoenicia, NY.
This one pours a dark-ish black, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells roasty, with some spicy herbal hops, grapefruit zest, and coffee.
This has a bit of a rustic, rye-like, and bready feel to it, like some crusty pumpernickel bread. There’s a nice spicy, bitter, and herbal hop character, not much citrus, maybe a little bit of grapefruit peel/zest, and a nice chocolatey sweetness especially as it warms.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and very drinkable.
This was really well done, super drinkable, pleasant and soft.

16oz can from Half Time. Dark brown pour with a creamy, spotty beige head. Toasty malty aroma, woody, light sweetness. Taste is malty, sweet, light piney notes, earthy, wood. Smooth and tasty.
