Pronounced "bazooka", our inspiration for this Czech style pilsner Congress from our brewery co-founder Colleen Kortendick's beer brewing ancestors. In 1891 Joseph Bezucha bought and began brewing at the Hillsboro Brewery in Wisconsin. Stepping out from brewery work, Joseph's sons toured circuses and played dance halls and supper clubs as the Bezucha Brothers Family Band.

Mostly clear golden body with a large white head. Smells of grassy hops with minor lemon zest compared to big grain and cracker, met with bready and pale malt. Tastes like a classic pale pilsner but not too hoppy which is great, sneaky bready tones underneath crisp malt, yeast, grassy hops and pale grain. Dries out during sip, crisp and light, sneaky rustic while staying light. A crusher with character!
