On tap at West Kill Brewing in West Kill, NY.
This one pours a murky-ish orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like juicy melon, floral, almost perfumey aromas, peach, and passionfruit.
This is solid, but a little too perfumey and floral on the finish. Interestingly the sweet floral character kind of dips out as the beer warms and opens up a bit. There’s peach, passionfruit, and melon.
This is light bodied, creamy, and decently drinkable.
This is definitely an interesting blend of hops, and it mostly works well here.
