dry stout. can from the source. ok but pretty basic stout. a nuance of coffee.my can. still, a basic stout is nice to have available around town. best of the brewery's first offerings.

This is a straightforward, low alcohol, basic stout. And it is a very good one. Lots of roasted malt flavour, a bit of a burnt caramel flavour. A touch of chocolate. Medium bodied and moderately carbonated, it goes down smoothly and nicely. The best of the initial three beers from this brewery for me, for sure.
