Vibe is Japanese meet Czech, fun! HAs a relaxed welcoming feel to go with craftsmanship. Got a sausage to eat to go with the beer after so many recommended on here, and good job y'all. Not only a natural pairing with the czech lager, but great layering of flavors in the dish! The beer had layers too, high quality, easily the best in Toronto we had, with an emphasis on the czech styled lagers, though they had other old world styles represented, the czech was their best work. Service was knowledgable, friendly, and attentive.

Came here recently after visiting my friend on the Danforth.

Tried the following beers:
Godspeed Pitch & Pray Series: Dortmunder (draft)
Godspeed Pitch & Pray Series: Stout (draft)
Godspeed Yuzu (draft)

All were drinking well. Atmosphere was pleasant enough and bar service was efficient, though not engaging in the slightest. Didn't try the food but the Japanese theme is very unique for a brewpub (particularly in Toronto) and everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked tasty.

The main draw here is Bim's understated, expertly crafted takes on sessionable styles, and they do not disappoint.

Overall, while the service could improve and it'd be nice to see people actually conversing with each other at the bar, this place is still a welcomed addition to Toronto's beer scene, and I plan to come back to try the food. Recommended.

Cool brewpub with clean, delicate on style beers that are obviously made with care. Great food and service. Always a guest cider and wine on tap for those looking for something besides the awesome beer Bim is known for. The neighbourhood is evolving and this is a great choice to go along with it.

Fun, chill, simple and clean. A tad cold, but thats just me, Love the beer and service, food is smaller bit sized portions but so good. Very simple offerings, done really well.

Not everyone’s bag - japanese themed food with beers well designed to match. I enjoyed it and was grateful for brewpub food that was not overly heavy.

Unique beers, not following the crowd with unique saisons, lagers, and smoked beers. Attractive interior. Classier servers.
I do not eat here, but the Japanese food supposed to be very good though on pricier side. Definately worth a stop.
