A pretty traditional saison. Dry and crisp with flavours of light fruit, spices (coriander, pepper) and bread. A very slight bubblegum flavour. Finish is dry and a little bitter. I'm not sure what it is dry-hopped with, but it doesn't have any obvious New-world flavours. I get little aroma, which may be due to a fairly cold beer. Overly carbonated, a bit irritating.
