A decent attempt, but all in all a lesser quality than it should be in this style. Weaker, less flavourful, just not not what I like in my stout, a style that is not my favourite anyway without coffee.

Solid in the style. Enjoyed on tap at the source. some bitter character, and thicker mouthfeel. very good. Black with some lasting head and lace. Hint of licorice.
