From a 355ml can packaged on 24 mar 2026. Poured into a pint glass. A one finger white head on a clear pale gold. The head diminishes to a thin layer. Rings of fine lacing.
Bready malts and some citrus in the nose. The taste follows the nose. Some vinous and resin notes towards the end. A dry noble hop finish.
A light body with moderate carbonation. Overall a fine Kolsch. True to the style. Clean and refreshing.

Misty straw-gold body, semi opaque, forming a bubbly pure white head with retention on the low side.
Aromas of fresh pale malt and wheat, touch of lemon, green grass.
Clean crisp malt, white sourdough bread, and prominent resin hop bitterness make up the flavour profile; again there are whispers of citrus - lemon and grapefruit - and some yeast similar to character of vinegar; very dry finish, it's a palate cleanser; medium body and carbonation, with a slightly acidic, but crisp, feel.
A pretty spot on example of the style, from my understanding. Simple, well crafted, pure. A nice summer patio brew.
