Single 12 ounce can from brewery in Toronto.
Pours a beautiful clear golden with a finger plus of puffy white head that laces nicely. Nice head retention.
Aroma is initially a little herbal and grassy, hint of lemon with some minerality and a touch of sulphur.
Sweet bready malt, grassy, lemon on the palate with a bright herbal leafy bitterness.
Light mouthfeel with brisk carbonation and a dry crisp finish.

As good as beers I was having fresh in Germany, and possibly a bit better. Not a bad note, so taste and construction of an excellent construction of an underappreciated style.
