On-tap at Death Ave Brewing Company
A: The beer is reddish brown in color; when held up to the light it is clear dark red and has no visible carboantion. It poured with a thin white collar around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface—these eventually completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of dark and nutty malts are present in the nose along with hints fo cherries and sourness.
T: The taste is a little sour and has flavors of dark and nutty malts along with faint hints of cherries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a low amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite unique and somewhat seems to be like a hybrid between an English Brown Ale and a Flanders Red Ale.
Serving type: on-tap
