Copenhagen 27/6 2020. 33 cl can from Kvickly, Allerød. As "Deep Double Blueberry Pie". Dark blue can with dots of lighter blue. Part of Coolhead's Deep-series where they apparently use tons of fruit.
Pours murky, dark, burgundy with a small, bubbly pink, head. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving no foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe berries and some sour lemonade-ish notes. Blueberries yogurt, sugar. Tart lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a pastry quality. Finish is lightly spicy and sweet.
Not exactly pretty and with a strange balance between the sweet and pastry-like and the tart and lemonade-like.
