Sampling a cold 12 oz can poured into a tumbler. The beer was purchased at a local shop. Date stamp is 3/14/25.
The beer pours a clear straw yellow to champagne gold color. Pretty faded out color. Bleached white pillowy head foams up 3cm and almost overtops my glass. Foam fades slowly leaving sticky lattice all around the glass and settling as a sturdy surface covering, that sticks around throughout sampling.
Aroma is some bready malts and crackers with a good hit of spicy hop note too. No hint of the ABV on the nose.
First sip reveals a light body and smooth texture with fine tingly carbonation. Very easy to drink on physical traits.
Flavor is similar to nose with white bread, cracker and a little white grape, before moving to spicy hop bite on the finish. This is also very dry and encourages me to take another sip.
A pretty tasty, easy to drink brew with no real flaws, personally Id like a little darker gold color. Glad to have picked it up out of the cooler.
