Not going to get into a technical review, but this is noteworthy. Good amount of dark berries and saison funk on the nose, and the flavour brings that all out in spades with just a slight hint of the charred barrel. I found the blackberry flavour lingered on the finish. And the buttery smooth feel at 11.6%? Fuggetaboutit
