I tried this beer off the tapper at Findlay Brewing Co as a guest tap.....it was part of a four sample flight. The beer poured a dark mahogany with no head and no much ace. The scent had subtle roast and berry notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet chocolate and roast malt base and berry highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer!

On-tap at Brewery 33, Logan, OH
A: The beer is brown when viewed from afar but is clear dark red when held up to the light and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with notes of roasted malts.
T: The taste has flavors of roasted dark malts and cola along with notes of raspberries and hints of vanilla beans.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The raspberries and vanilla lend a bit of complexity to this beer.
Serving type: on-tap
