Fluff Jam: A blend of three different barrel aged golden sour, featuring our Stark and House Cultures were rested on black currants, raspberries, and cherries. After refermenting we then racked the beer onto a mountain of fresh vanilla beans and marshmallow.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a deep violet beer which is topped by a finger of dense and slightly rocky pink colored head which fades somewhat quickly without a trace.
S: Smells of a bunch of berries along with a good bit of vanilla and marshmallows
T: Taste is sour up front with a nice vanilla and marshmallow note coming in strong. Raspberries, cherries and currants are quite present as well with just a touch of funk. Really juicy berry notes. On the swallow there's some more cherries and raspberries with some lingering sourness and marshmallow
M: This beer is on the lighter side of things. Carbonation is effervescent and sometimes prickly while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer that does everything it says it does. Great balance between the fruits and the marshmallows with some nice sour notes from the base beer. Definitely worth a try if they bring this one back around.

Translucent with a slight haze. Ruby red / dark cherry color. Pinkish white had that disappears with a thin ring around the edge of the glass. No visible carbonation. On the nose this all comes together for me like powdered chocolate milk. Must be the vanilla and marshmallows. There’s a ton of vanilla on the flavor. A lot of times fruited sours with vanilla don’t actually taste like vanilla, but rather the beans play into the overall flavor profile of the beer. Here, they are in your face. Sweet cherry, and to a lesser extent, black currants and raspberries. Fresh, tart berry acidity. Light bodied and semi-sweet. Super fun
