This enormous beer was brewed with a wide variety of grains and sugars, then aged for 17 months in a Buffalo Trace barrel, and finally dosed with cacao nibs and toasted pecans. The natural caramel and vanilla flavors of the base Stout and barrel treatment compliment the added flavors, yielding a liquid chocolate pecan pie experience.

Again, great stout base with good barrel influence. The adjuncts are more easily found, with the chocolate adding a bit of sweetness. The pecans unfortunately did more harm than good, adding a lot of residual bitterness. It warms nicely, though.
