New Special Release is out for distribution. Our Scarlet Haze IPA is a New England style IPA that is double dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic. Marris Otter, wheat, pillowy soft oats and Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs comprise the grain bill. We then add lactose, vanilla, lactic acid & hibiscus fowers through the brewing & fermentation process to achieve the flavor & appearance of a red velvet cake. We keep the bitterness low & the ABV at 7%.
