We brewed this porter with black, chocolate, and caramel malts. We then added Himalayan pink salt, caramel, and molasses to the boil. The roasted malt and caramel avor will be foremost in this beer, with a pleasant salinity from the Himalayan pink salt at the finish.

5 oz pour at the brewery in Canandaigua. Pours pitch black with a thin tan head. Aroma and flavor feature sweet caramel (a bit too sweet IMO), cocoa, roasty malt, and salt. A decent dessert stout but not quite perfectly balanced.
