Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: Two finger head that sticks around for a while and leaves good amount of patchy lacing. Crystal clear gold color.
Smell: The aroma is faint, with some fresh pineapple and papaya notes and a bit of grains in the background.
Taste: Well balanced, but leaning more towards the hoppy, fruity, citrus bitterness that starts up front and transitions to a bit of malty sweetness towards the end.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium bodied and refreshing with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: A very well balanced and quite fruity pale ale. It's pretty refreshing but a bit too robust for tropical weather.
