re·sil·ience: the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness. It’s been a year from the largest catastrophe to hit our island. It was a time of uncertainty and fear of our future. First responders, law enforcement, and relief personnel left their families behind to help us pull out from these dark times. To them, we will be forever thankful. Now it is up to us. It is time to band together and show the world our resilience. We will rebuild, our people will come back to their birthplace, and we will shine again. Ocean Lab commemorates the strengths of our people. We also had to endure harsh situations but we overcame. This is our time, this is our moment to shine. Let’s all work together to return our island to its glory. We We will sing, we will dance, we will work hard. We will show our resilience and the world will witness our rebirth. Let’s do this, together.

Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The one and a half finger, bright white head stays around for a while and leaves some good, patchy lacing. It's a light yellow color.
Smell: Big, hoppy aromas of citrus peel, fresh orange and grapefruit come through as well as some dank and musky pine resin.
Taste: Quite bitter, with fruity hops, orange, grapefruit and tangerine up front and a soft piney aftertaste with the slightest hint of malt sweetness at the end.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, light and slightly watery which makes it very refreshing. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A very well crafted, hop forward beer that beautifully showcases everything that the Mosaic hop has to offer. It has the presence of it's signature ingredient in the scent and taste that the "Amarillo Edition" was missing. This might be too bitter and hoppy for some, but that's exactly what hop lovers will appreciate.
