Presentation: Draft, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: The one finger head disappears almost immediately and leaves behind a little lacing in small spots. It's a clear, pale yellow color.
Smell: There's a strong citrus scent of tangerines, lemons and grapefruit but that's pretty much it.
Taste: It's fruity and slightly bitter at first with notes of orange and grapefruit peels, lemon, pineapple and a slightly herbal and piney hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's light, crisp and refreshing with medium-high carbonation.
Overall: An aromatic, fruity, hop forward and slightly bitter Kölsch that's very easy to drink and super refreshing.
