This Hazy IPA was brewed by Ariel Ferrer and awarded the 'Best of Show' at the Caribbean Homebrew Cup in 2018. We are excited to have brewed it and release it for a limited amount of time. It has floral and piney notes in both the aroma and flavor.

Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The bubbly, half finger head disappears almost immediately and leaves behind a small amount of lacing in small spots. It's a murky, milky, pale yellow color.
Smell: It's a beautiful, fruity, hoppy aroma of orange, pineapple, mango and peach. Then some strong pine and lemon aromas emerge towards the end.
Taste: It starts with an acidic, citrus bite of orange and grapefruit followed by sweeter flavors of pineapple, mango, papaya and peach. An earthy, piney, grassy, hop aftertaste remains after it goes down with a hint of bitterness.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth and slightly creamy but still light to medium bodied and very refreshing. Carbonation is low and there's no chalkiness whatsoever.
Overall: An easy to drink hazy IPA with a lot of hop character and low bitterness. An awesome showcase of Puerto Rico's local homebrewing talent. Props to Ocean Lab for making this relatively accessible throughout the island.
