Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The one finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a thin foam ring and lots of patchy lacing. It's a slightly hazy, bright gold color.
Smell: There's a strong, dank musk up front of pine and malt, along with a fruity citrus peel aroma towards the end.
Taste: It's very fruity with notes of grapefruit, orange and peach. There's a soft earthy bitterness in the aftertaste as well.
Mouthfeel: It's bold, juicy and medium bodied with a crisp, medium-high carbonation finish.
Overall: A very good IPA with traditional aroma and flavor profiles but low bitterness which keeps it easy to drink.
