Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The rocky, bright white, one finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a lot of lacing that covers the entire glass. It's a beautiful, bright, crystal clear, pale gold color.
Smell: It's a faint aroma but very pleasant with notes of sweet grains and warm, fresh french bread crust.
Taste: It's a sweet, malty flavor with a hint of honey. There's also a hoppy, ever so slightly floral note in there as well lingering in the background.
Mouthfeel: It's quite light but still substantial, with a smooth, mild creaminess but a crisp, refreshing, high carbonation bite.
Overall: A fantastic lager that's very well balanced, light, easy to drink and perfect for hot weather.
