Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The rocky, one and a quarter finger head stays around for a long time and leaves behind a thin foam layer that stays until the end and a lot of lacing in patches and webs. It's a slightly hazy, light straw color.
Smell: It's a pleasant, fruity aroma of banana and orange with some fresh green herbs or grass thrown in.
Taste: It's mostly sweet and grainy with a moderately spicy note of clove in the aftertaste. There's flavors of orange, banana and wheat.
Mouthfeel: It's light to medium bodied and mildly creamy with low carbonation.
Overall: A simple, refreshing, light hefeweizen with a fruit forward flavor profile that's very easy to drink.
