Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with no dates, served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The bright white, one finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a thin foam ring and some bubbly, patchy lacing. It's a murky, bright, pale straw color.
Smell: It's a strong, fruity aroma of fresh fruit. There's grapefruit, orange, pineapple and peach.
Taste: It's quite sweet, juicy and fruity with notes of grapefruit and orange peels, pineapple and even blueberry. A dank, pine resin, mildly bitter aftertaste lingers on the edges of the palate after it goes down.
Mouthfeel: It's light to medium bodied and pillowy with medium carbonation. It finishes dry with an ever so slightly rough chalkiness as it goes down.
Overall: It's fruity, refreshing and very easy to drink. There's a tad more bitterness than what you might expect from the initial sweetness that shows up on the palate but it's still very enjoyable and very good.
