No frills, no tricks, no trends, no gimmicks, Ocean Lab rediscovers the taste of beer that's most common to us in true German pilsner form. Because sometimes we just want a beer flavored beer.
Bright, bubbly and crowned with a stark white foam, Discover Pilsner rises tall with a brisk and hoppy scent of floral arrangements, light grain, grassy spice and subtle fruitiness before a crisp and dry malt profile of communion wafer, fresh bread and a dash of powdered sugar starts the show. A transition of hops lead from floral to fruity with hints of apple, lemon and pear, and then to a developing bitterness of herbal grasses, lemongrass and mint for a refreshing and balanced bitterness.
Light, crisp and refreshing, Ocean Lab's pilsner wraps around the senses like a security blanket for the tastebuds.
